Great, you've come to the right place as we like to make sure that your stay with us is an experience to remember.
Our beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home is an ideal romantic getaway for couples, with space to relax and enjoy your stay rather being confined to a hotel room .
Olivio~nor can sleep up to six people, with fabulous al fresco dining garden patios to relax with a coffee or a wine by our outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings, an indoor open fire, and a spacious and well-appointed kitchen if you would rather cook.
Our beautifully furnished bedrooms can be configured to your sleeping requirements (see below), ensuite and separate bathrooms, luxurious bathrobes, towels, and other essentials. The relaxed living areas are great to relax and the beautiful décor will make your escape more than just an experience.

Please Note: Rooms not booked will be unavailable during the course of your stay. All bedrooms are upstairs. Beds are not able to be split.

“My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Olivio~nor over the Christmas/New Year period. Our time was simply magic, everything was beautifully presented, and nothing left to chance. If you are looking for a high-quality magnificent place to get away from everyday life, then you MUST stay here. A beautifully decorated home set out on a wonderfully landscaped area of peace and tranquility. We really did feel as though we were located in the Tuscany Valley in Italy. Our first stay was so magnificent that we returned with our two little boys in February for another amazing long weekend. Now we live in Sydney so whilst the travel is easy to do, we are discerning on the places we stay at and Olivio~nor ticks every box. The kids want to come back which they will but not till after my wife and I have another weekend of bliss and peace in March.

What a beautiful and relaxing place to spend time with family and celebrate my mums 80th birthday. The views from the house and garden are absolutely stunning and with plenty of outdoor seating dining outside with the fire going and soaking up the views is just fabulous. The house is beautifully appointed from the kitchen to the bedrooms and all the extra little touches made us feel very special. The property is not far from the hub of Martinborough so popping out to sample the cafes, shopping and vineyards is a must do. A treasured weekend enjoyed by all the family.

Sheryl and her team are absolutely amazing and our wedding day was a dream come true thanks to the team at Olivio Nor. I felt so special as a bride as Sheryl got to know what types of styles I loved and what hopes we had for the big day.
From our first interaction on the day we checked out of the stunning villa, our interactions were filled with heart and you can tell that Sheryl and the team at Olivio Nor truly care. It was amazing to have all the difficulty of wedding planning taken off our shoulders with their packaged options and they really listened to what was special and important to us.
We feel like we’ve found some really special people in our lives and we cannot wait to find another event to celebrate at Olivio Nor.
For anyone needing a celebrant Lisa was absolutely incredible. She worked with us to make a ceremony that was unique and so truly special to us.
The day itself felt truly magical and the venue, the ceremony, the food, just everything, was perfect. We had such a great time last year we have come back this time to celebrate our first wedding Anniversary. Nothing has changed, this piece of paradise is just as we remembered and we simply love being here to relax and unwind. Short trips into Martin borough for a coffee, meal or a drink are easy or simply use the magnificent kitchen to prepare our own meal. My wife and I have fallen in love with Olivio Nor and we will be back again and again.

Sheryl has helped us organise and style our wedding from start to finish. It was a wedding day we had always dreamed of. Thanks to her and the amazing team she has put together, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day (and the days leading up to it) without any worries!
Sheryl styled the flowers and classy decors in the venue which were stunningly gorgeous and inspired by my Pinterest board. The celebrant helped us create a ceremony that was very personal and reflected us as a couple. The photographer helped us ease into our photoshoot during the wedding day. We received the photos right away and they were amazing! We also had delicious canapes from the caterer, which everyone loved, and a yummy little cake! Sheryl has also recommended us to a lovely restaurant in Martinborough for a private dinner.
Love on Olivio~nor team helped us make our wedding unique and truly memorable. We've received lots of compliments from our family and friends about how beautiful our wedding was and how much they enjoyed it.
Olivio~nor is such a dreamy place - a hidden gem in Martinborough and people should know about it. :)

Well all I can say is WOW, which is what I did say when I first arrived. What a stunning place to spend time and you could truly be in the middle of Tuscany. What with the 180 wide views to the stunning decor within the home. Sheryl and Vern have made their home so lovely and welcoming you will not want to leave.

Perfect holiday venue. We were fortunate to have spent a lovely long weekend at Olivio~Nor with our family, including a new grandson. What a great place - it felt like we’d managed an international holiday in these crazy times! FIVE STAR ACCOMMODATION
I got married in Martinborough on 13/03/20 and I stayed here with my bridal party and parents. The house was immaculate, very clean, well decorated and beautiful outdoor areas and views. The photographer LOVED the house and the grounds for photos. I particularly loved all the small touches the owners had done for us including little chocolates on the pillows, roses, and a bottle of bubbles on arrival (not sure if this is standard or just for wedding parties). Really made my wedding weekend that much more special. I could not find any faults, they have really thought of everything here and you really have to experience it to know what I mean. If you are getting married and you're looking for beautiful accommodation, one that makes your weekend feel extra special, plus the bonus of great views and photograph spots, I would 10/10 recommend staying here, there is no competition in Martinborough. We will most definitely be back for our wedding anniversary! Thank you very much.

Olivio-nor is a paradise.
I stayed here for three nights over my wedding weekend and it was absolutely heaven. I had my bridesmaids with me on our first night as we spent the evening sipping on our champagne, doing face masks and lounging in our dressing gowns. The girls and I felt so comfortable here with every corner of the place sparkling clean, extensively well stocked, beautifully kept, warm, and luxurious!
Getting ready here the morning of my wedding was so peaceful and stressfree as we got pampered sitting around the dining table! I was completely at ease and felt so blessed.
Sheryl was an amazing host and had really thought of everything we may have needed. Our wedding photographer was so stoked with all the amazing spots on site to take our post ceremony wedding party photos. The olive tree area is gorgeous and with the blessing of great weather on our big day all of our wedding photos ended up being taken here! The space is just too gorgeous not to photograph!
My new husband and I enjoyed the rest of our stay with the wonderful views and privacy as we relaxed into our new life. I can’t thank Sheryl enough for starting it off with an amazing weekend away! Would 100% recommend to anyone, the place is so worth it!!!
