About Us

“Love on Olivio~nor “ arose from a dream that became reality to buy Olivio~nor with the vision to offer a beautiful 10 acres/olive grove property to you to experience a wonderful day, and our dream came true. We moved from Eastbourne 4 years ago and have been working on the land ever since.

“It's a little slice of Tuscany” right here in Martinborough with capturing sunset backdrop views of the Tararuas, so picturesque for intimate weddings.

With such a beautiful canvas we commenced work on the property inside and out. Vern handy with the tools (set builder) and Sheryl, a florist by trade, stylist and loves interiors, we had everything to offer right under our nose. So we set about refurbishing the one bedroom, one bathroom two-story villa into a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom retreat for accommodating weddings/ boutique accommodation for guests from as close as Wellington and as far away around the world, and yes as soon as our website went live they came.

 

We both strive for perfection and with both our talents put together it made perfect sense to create this wonderful experience here at Olivio~nor for all to enjoy.
