(These options below are separate from our “Intimate Pop Up” Options of

20, 30 &  50 Guest Packages) listed on the website under weddings.  

     

Intro 

If you’re looking for a little more, or a little less, we have further options available for those looking for the perfect way to say their “I do’s” below. 

Please note these price options are for Olivio~nor venue hire only.   All other incidentals ie Celebrant, Photographer, Wedding Cake, Flowers, Marquee (as we do not have a covered venue), music, and so on are your costs and responsibility directly with your preferred partners.   We would be very happy to help with our experienced “Preferred Partners” and guidance.  Maximum numbers 90 in any of the below options including the wedding party, please keep in mind. Ceremony times to be discussed.  Our Preferred Partners List attached herewith.

 

Caterer/Alcohol

All Catering/alcohol/beverages will be supplied by Nick Arnold Catering. Nick is well known in Martinborough and has many year’s experience.  Nick holds the alcohol license to serve all beverages. Champagne, Beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. No Spirits in all packages.  Choice of the above to be discussed.

Option 2 

Ceremony/Reception 

 $2,200.00

  • This includes one (1) pre-rehearsal for wedding party/preferred partners if required.

  • Bridal registry table with a flower arrangement for the registry.

  • Full use of Olivio~nor grounds for the wedding ceremony/reception and a 10pm shut down strictly. (Villa not included).

  • Conditions apply

A Canape Menu and Reception Seated Dinner Menu price per head/beverages to be discussed between you and our in-house caterer Nick Arnold Catering. 

Menu to be supplied upon enquiry for your choice.

Ceremony times to be discussed.

After Function:  We would be more than happy to help with the organising of your after function so you and your selected guests/family can enjoy the rest of your special day at one of our local restaurants (private room/dance area). Special conditions apply.

 

Option 3 

  • Ceremony/Reception/Villa

  • $3620.00 (villa guest numbers up to 4 guests). 

  • This includes one (1) pre-rehearsal for wedding party/preferred partners if required.

  • Bridal registry table and flower table arrangement for the registry.

  • Full use of Olivio~nor grounds for wedding ceremony/reception. 10pm shut down strictly.

  • After Function: Sheryl can help organise your after function so you and your selected guests/family can enjoy the rest of your special day at one of our local restaurants (private room/dance area). Special conditions apply.

  • Villa - Two (2) night minimum stay* conditions apply regarding guest numbers.

  • The villa is not available to your wedding guests during the course of your stay other than the bride or groom exchange. Over and above 4 guests $90p/p per night extra, 2-night minimum stay). Villa sleeps 6.

  • The Villa is not available for exchange to other guests during the course The use of Olivio~nor grounds until 10pm, (on all above package options) strict shut down (South Wairarapa District Council). As newlyweds, we totally understand this is your special day and we want you to have a fab time, of your stay, other than the groom for your wedding night. 

  • Re-dressing Wedding Suite – Master Bedroom (optional)

  • Sheryl will only be too happy to re-dress the master bedroom for the newlyweds on their wedding night (this is optional) this is an extra cost. (Please enquire about this service).

If you are interested in the Villa for accommodation for option 2 above, then booking the Villa is a separate booking site with additional tariff and available through our website www.olivionor.co.nz under reservations and is a 2-night minimum stay. Conditions apply*  Please email your enquiry or make this mentioned in your enquiry. 

Alcohol 

No BYO or Spirits Options available.

Our caterer will hold the license to serve you and your guests throughout the duration of your wedding. Beverages to be discussed. 

Catering

Menu options to be provided to Bride and Groom for choice.

Music

Band/music is to be agreed upon between the wedding party and Olivio~nor at the time of your wedding booking and kept at all times to the noise level requirements set by our Council. Your DJ or musician will have these specs. 

Due to the rural environment please no fireworks/firecrackers or Chinese lanterns to be lit at any time of your stay due to the rural farmland we live in. We would love you to have the use of confetti (please only the grass areas).

Close Down – 10.00.pm. You will see from all of the above there are rules in place governed by our local council. Our council has approved our venue for a certain number of weddings in any one season provided we abide by all of the above. Please take this seriously before you consider booking.  If we all abide by these rules it makes the “love go further for future weddings”.

Incidentals (Yours)

Florist/Celebrant/Photographer/Event Planner (optional)/Marquee/portaloo toilets/chairs/dance floor and all other incidentals required for setting up are a cost to you and for you to organise over and above the Option 1,2 & 3 Customised Wedding Options.

Olivio~nor provides church pews (6) which seat approximately 15 guests inclusive in your venue/ceremony hire. Again we are happy to help and guide you with our experienced team of preferred partners. 

 

Incidentals (Ours)

The grounds/patio for canapes and wedding celebrations, olive grove for photos, registry table, and flower arrangement.

Caterer/Serving Staff/Bar/glasses etc. Wedding Arch Back-drop if required.

Preferred Partners List

Our “Info Pack” attached gives you experienced preferred partners like marquee hire/cake decorators/florists, celebrants, photographers, etc, but of course not obligatory. Please note we are a non-covered venue so please take this into consideration for all 3 options, your choice of marquee will need to be erected depending on your guest list. We can chat through the options available to you available from Festival Hire in Masterton.

Clean Up

The grounds are to be left the way they were found. This is to be discussed with the bride and groom at the time of booking regarding the options available. 

Deposit 

50% deposit immediately to secure your date. Balance to be paid no later than 30 days prior to your wedding. If you confirm 30 days out from your wedding date, full payment is required on confirmation.  

Cancellations

A full refund will be returned if you cancel outside the 90 day period.  Anything inside of 90 days your deposit will be forfeited (unless we can fill that date for you and we will try). Any COVID related cancellations will be refunded in full provided covid is related to our Wellington Region only) meaning lockdown.  We may be able to transfer the dates if this works for everyone.

Wedding Planner 

Olivio~nor does not have a wedding planner in mind at present, as this takes time to build up a relationship with so that we feel happy to hand over the reins to that right person who understands you and can style your wedding to your special requirements.

My background is floristry/stylist/event planner and you are possibly wondering why I have decided not to take this on myself, and yes I would love to - but feel that both my husband and myself will be required in the background to make sure everything is running smoothly prior and on your special day. A wedding planner is something to consider but of course again not compulsory.
