Bedroom 1 –King bed - with own ensuite (bath) no shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed - with joint Jack n Jill ensuite (shower).
Bedroom 3 - King Bed - with the joint Jack n Jill ensuite (shower).
Third Bathroom - Downstairs full-size shower.

Beds are not able to be split.

Payment Structure

To confirm your reservation, full payment is required on booking by way of Internet banking only. Bank details will be given via confirmation of booking.

Important Booking Conditions:

*Parents, be aware that there are two ponds (deep) on the outskirts of our land that can easily be obtained through the fence for little children. Please watch your children to ensure their safety.

*No animals are allowed on the property at any time.

*No upstairs wheelchair access.

*A three-night minimum stay over Labour Weekend and other event weekends may apply.

*No more than four guests are permitted for your celebration at any time, and please, no changing of guests during your stay.

*2-night minimum stays for up to and including 4 guests. Each additional night rate is $790 per couple and includes 4 guests.

*Long weekends/public holidays and Martinborough events may require a minimum of 3 nights booking.

*Infants/children under the age of 5 years are not charged. Please note we do not accommodate high chairs or porta cots.

We welcome birthdays and other memorable celebrations, if your celebrations include more than your four booked guests, we recommend you take advantage of one of our lovely restaurants/wineries for your celebration.
